17th Global Communication Conclave

The Public Relations Council of India (PRCI) conducted the 17th Global Communication Conclave on September 21 and 22, 2023, in New Delhi, India. Leaders and communication specialists from all around the world gathered at this significant gathering to discuss trust in the digital era.

Important figures including Mr. Vinod Dave, Mr. Deepak Makwana, Mr. Mithilesh Chudgar, Mr. Jayant Arrawatia, Mr. Subhojit Sen, and Mr. Bhargav Thakkar discussed what transpired during the conclave during a press conference hosted by the PRCI’s Ahmedabad Chapter.
For performing outstanding chapter activities and planning the most events, the PRCI Ahmedabad Chapter got national recognition. Additionally, they recognised Mr. Subhojit Sen, the PRCI Ahmedabad Chapter Secretary, as the organization’s top secretary.

A two-part conclave was held. It was held at the Civil Services Officers Institute on the first day, and then it was moved to the Lakshmipat Singhania Auditorium on the second day. It served as a meeting place for professionals in the fields of communication, journalism, public relations, and event planning.

More than 250 corporate communication specialists and other professionals attended the conference. They discussed the significance of transparency and trust in the modern digital environment.

Important individuals like Shri Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi and Shri K. C. Tyagi attended the inaugural ceremony. The event was also attended by diplomats from other nations, including Austria, Egypt, Israel, Switzerland, and the Philippines.

Shri M.B. Jayaram, a significant member of PRCI, was enthusiastic about the occasion. Many intelligent people from around the world, according to him, came to speak. The PRCI National President, Smt. Geetha Shankar, was really pleased with how nicely the event went.

The conference’s major theme was “Building Trust in the Digital Age.” They discussed how technology is altering society and what that means for communication and trust. Additionally, they discussed how to maintain a personal touch in public relations despite all the technology.

At the ceremony, outstanding individuals and businesses received awards. A few individuals were also honoured by being inducted into the “PR Hall of Fame.”
