Reliance Jio Partners with Plume for Better Home Services in India

Reliance Jio, one of India’s biggest telecom companies, has joined forces with Plume, a company known for its smart home services, to provide better services to customers across India. Through this partnership, Jio will use Plume’s advanced cloud platform to enhance the internet and entertainment services for around 200 million Indian households.
Jio has created top-notch networks called JioFiber and JioAirFiber that bring high-speed internet and entertainment to homes all over India. With this new collaboration, Jio will offer services like whole-home WiFi, improved device performance, protection against online threats, better control for parents, and even WiFi motion sensing. Additionally, Jio’s customer support and operations teams will be able to identify and fix issues more quickly, ensuring a better experience for customers.
Mathew Oommen, President of Reliance Jio, said, “We want to give our customers the best in-home digital services, and partnerships with companies like Plume help us achieve that.” This partnership also marks a significant expansion for Plume into the Asian market, allowing Jio to offer unique and personalized in-home digital experiences to its customers in India.
