Realme has stated that its Realme 9 Pro+ and Realme 9 Pro smartphones will be released in the country on February 16. Realme’s announcement comes after weeks of rumors and leaks. During an AMA session, company vice president Madhav Sheth also hinted at the expected cost of the Realme Pro series and confirmed the lineup’s launch date in India.
The Realme 9 Pro series would be priced above the Rs 15,000 pricing bracket in India, according to Sheth’s AskMadhav AMA session on YouTube. “As the brand aims to go premium in 2022, we aim to expand the 9 Pro series above the 15,000 segments, with all devices in the Pro series being 5G enabled and built an overall enhanced and more premium mid-range experience,” Sheth, CEO, Realme India, VP, Realme, and President, Realme International Business Group, said.
A report surfaced earlier this week that the Realme 9 Pro range would be unveiled on February 16 in India. According to prior leaks and reports, the Realme 9 Pro+, the most expensive of the two, will have a 6.43-inch full-HD+ Super AMOLED display. having a refresh rate of 90Hz The Realme 9 Pro+ could come with 256GB of internal storage and a 4,500mAh battery. A MediaTek Dimensity 920 chipset with 8GB of RAM might be used to power the smartphone.
The Realme 9 Pro+ will have a triple rear camera configuration, with a Sony 50MP primary sensor, an 8MP secondary sensor, and a 2MP tertiary sensor leading the way. A 16MP selfie camera could be included in the gadget.
