Laal Singh Chaddha Release Date: Laal Singh Chaddha, starring Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor, is due to release on April 14th, putting it in direct competition with Yash, Sanjay Dutt, Raveena Tandon, and Srinidhi Shetty’s KGF: Chapter 2.
There’s even talk that Thalapathy Vijay’s Beast will be released on the same day, setting up a three-way showdown between Bollywood, Sandalwood, and Kollywood. The makers didn’t want to take on KGF: Chapter 2 head-on, especially after seeing how well Pushpa has performed and given the franchise pull of KGF, therefore Laal Singh Chaddha was postponed.

Laal Singh Chaddha Vs KGF 2
Laal Singh Chaddha’s team has released an official statement reiterating that the Aamir Khan & Kareena Kapoor starrer, which also stars Naga Chaitanya in a key supporting role, will indeed be meeting its intended release date, dismissing any talk of avoiding a box office clash with Director Prashanth Neel’s KGF 2 for the time being.

Returning to Beast, the Thalapathy Vijay starrer could still get a new release date, and even if it did, the Nelson Dilipkumar film would have little impact on Laal Singh Chaddha and Yash, Sanjay Dutt, Raveena Tandon, and Srinidhi Shetty’s KGF 2, both of which are hotly anticipated in the Hindi belt, despite the latter’s traditional Karnataka stronghold.
