  • Protection of Gauchar Lands: The government will be urged to safeguard and utilize gauchar lands (grazing grounds) exclusively for animal husbandry, in accordance with Supreme Court guidelines.
  • Infrastructure Development for Cow Shelters: A proposal will be made to allocate Rs. 300 crore for constructing necessary infrastructure facilities in cow shelters and gaushalas, ensuring their efficient operation.
  • Establishment of a Gau Ministry: The creation of a dedicated Gau Ministry will demonstrate the government’s commitment to cow welfare and facilitate focused policy implementation.
  • Free Veterinary Ambulance Services: Every village in the state will be provided with a “1962 Free Veterinary Ambulance” to ensure timely medical assistance for animals.
  • Strengthening the State Animal Welfare Board: The board’s role in coordinating between people and the government will be enhanced, and its budget will be increased.
  • Operationalizing the Gau Seva Aayog: The Gau Seva Aayog will be made more functional and receive a higher allocation of funds.
  • Panchgavya Training Centers: Centers dedicated to training people in the use of panchgavya (a cow product with medicinal properties) will be established.
  • Police Officers Trained in Animal Welfare: Every police station will have an officer knowledgeable about animal welfare to address animal-related issues effectively.
