Adani Enterprises Limited and Sirius International Holding Limited, a subsidiary of International Holding Company (IHC), UAE, have come together to create a joint venture named Sirius Digitech International Limited. This partnership, with Sirius holding 51% and Adani holding 49%, aims to spearhead the massive $175 billion digital transformation opportunity in India.
The newly formed Sirius JV will harness the global digital expertise of Sirius and Adani’s strategic insights to tap into the evolving $1 trillion digital market by 2030.
