Adipurush, the upcoming film from Om Raut, will be released on June 16. On Tuesday night in Tirupati, the teaser for the film was officially unveiled. Prabhas plays Raghava in the movie’s modern-day Ramayana adaption, which also stars Kriti Sanon as Janaki. Prabhas and the director Om Raut work together for the first time on Adipurush. The actor lavished Om and his team with appreciation for their diligent efforts over the previous 7-8 months.

Adipurush in general
Adipurush was initially filmed in Hindi and has been dubbed into Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada. It is thought to have been produced on a budget of 450 crore. In the movie, Saif Ali Khan plays Lankesh as well. Saif also portrayed the adversary in Tanhaji, the final film directed by Om Raut and starring Ajay Devgn.
