Season 14 of Kaun Banega Crorepati is about to premiere on television. The host of the well-known game show, Amitabh Bachchan, opened up about returning to the program on his personal blog. He said that he has “apprehension, concerns, and misgivings” about appearing in front of the camera for the show again.

“Back to the boards and the trepidation and fears and doubts arise again.. and each season presents itself similarly.. others think otherwise.. they are not wise, or in due course of the understanding needed to face camera and audience.. a claim much debated, but in all earnestness, it is factual for me..”

The Jhund actor also acknowledged that he vows to never watch another season after this one. But each time, he comes back for a new season. “Each time I say never again,” he added, “but it all comes back once the pledge has been made. To confirm, accept, and move forward with your best efforts.

In addition, Big B included several candid images of himself from the show’s sets. He wrapped up his blog by discussing the value of practicing, especially for seasoned actors like himself. “Mock rehearsals are an absolute necessity.. all the detailing of the work, the changes, the comprehension of the task at hand, and finally its execution.. all a jumble just yet, but the doers say that’s OK we shall manage and do it well. Life is a challenge every day, my dear, and I do hope that all falls into place. I have nothing but appreciation for their confidence.

The new season of the SonyTV program has not yet received an official release date from the creators. In order to commemorate the 75th anniversary of Indian Independence, a new prize money slot worth 75 lakhs has reportedly been introduced.
Amitabh has a number of future film releases in addition to KBC. In Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra, he will appear as the “Guru” brandishing the Prabhstra, also known as the Sword of Light. Along with Deepika Padukone and Prabhas, he will also appear in Nag Ashwin’s science fiction film Project K. The Bollywood version of Anne Hathaway and Robert de Niro’s popular film The Intern will also feature Amitabh and Deepika.
