Big Bollywood Clash Averted, Karan Johar Changes yodha’s Release Date
Newzdaddy Entertainment updates
In surprising news, filmmaker Karan Johar has made a quick decision to change the release date of his movie “Yodha.” Originally, it was set to release on December 15, but now it’s coming out on December 8. This move comes right after Katrina Kaif and Vijay Sethupathi decided to release their film “Merry Christmas” a week early, also on December 8. This change has created a new box office clash.
Ranbir Kapoor’s film “Animal” was scheduled for release on December 1, so this tight schedule might make it challenging for the movie to gain momentum.

Earlier this year, Karan Johar expressed his frustration when “Merry Christmas” and “Yodha” were initially clashing. He posted a message on social media, urging studios and producers to communicate and avoid such clashes, especially during these tough times for the theatrical industry.
It’s worth noting that “Merry Christmas” was shot in two languages, with different actors for the Hindi and Tamil versions. In Hindi, it features Sanjay Kapoor, Vinay Pathak, Pratima Kannan, and Tinnu Anand, while the Tamil version includes Radhika Sarathkumar, Shanmugaraja, Kevin Jay Babu, and Rajesh Williams in similar roles.
