A Unique Initiative for Ex-CAPF Personnel

To support the re-employment of retired paramilitary personnel, the School of Private, Industrial, and Corporate Security Management (SPICSM) at Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU) hosted a unique job fair. This event, organized in collaboration with the Security Association of Gujarat (SAG), aimed to help retired Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) personnel transition into the private security sector. The initiative is designed to provide these veterans with new career opportunities after they retire from active duty.

A Vision for Post-Retirement Careers

Mr. Nimesh Dave, the Director of SPICSM, played a pivotal role in bringing this initiative to life.
