Changes at RIL Board: New Faces and Role for Nita Ambani

Mumbai, August 28, 2023: Big news from the Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) company today! The RIL Board had a meeting, and they talked about some important things. They decided that three of the Ambani kids – Isha, Akash, and Anant – would become part of the company’s board. This is a bit like when your friends join a club, but this is a big business club!

Nita Ambani, who is also part of the Ambani family, said that she won’t be on the board anymore. She wants to work more on something special called the Reliance Foundation. It’s like a group that helps people in need. She’s been doing a great job leading it. The board said a big “thank you” to her for her hard work.
