Kolkata Knight Riders would keep their playoff aspirations alive if they win against Lucknow Super Giants on Wednesday. After an excellent start to their IPL odyssey, KL Rahul’s Lucknow will be looking to earn qualification by finishing in the top two. Lucknow has a greater chance of qualifying than the other six teams, but KL Rahul and mentor Gautam Gambhir will not be satisfied with a third-place finish. In the previous match, Lucknow was defeated by Rajasthan Royals by 24 runs.
