Gujarat Assembly Election 2022 Dates
Today on Thursday 3rd Nov 2022, at 12:15 p.m., the Election Commission of India (ECI) has released released the calendar for the Gujarat Assembly elections in 2022.
The EC made it clear when establishing the Himachal election schedule that Gujarat and Himachal results would be announced on December 8 together.
The polling schedule for the Gujarat Assembly election has been announced today in the Rang Bhavan auditorium of All India Radio by Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar and Election Commissioner Anoop Chandra Pandey.
The most recent assembly elections in Gujarat were held in 2017, and the BJP won to secure a fifth consecutive term in power. The Congress obtained 77 members in the state house last time, while the saffron party won 99 of the 182 seats.

The Aam Aadmi Party in the eagerly anticipated, high-stakes elections. Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s home state has been ruled by the BJP since 1995 meaning for the last 27 years.
