This year’s forum, held from October 17-18, brought together university leaders from BRICS countries (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa), as well as new members Iran, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Ethiopia, and the United Arab Emirates. Representing RRU, Maj Gen Deepak Mehra (Retd.), the Director of the School of Internal Security and SMART Policing, expressed his pride in being part of a platform focused on academic cooperation, international dialogue, and research innovation.
