Eighteen of India’s most famous singers are set to perform a special tribute to the late legend singer Lata Mangeshkar, dubbed the “Nightingale of India.”
To honour the renowned singer, who died on February 6, the exclusive TV series ‘Naam Reh Jaayega’ will gather these popular voices together under one roof.
Sonu Nigam, Arijit Singh, Shankar Mahadevan, Nitin Mukesh, Neeti Mohan, Alka Yagnik, Sadhana Sargam, Pyarelal Ji, Udit Narayan, Shaan, Kumar Sanu, Amit Kumar, Jatin Pandit, Javed Ali, Aishwarya Majumdar, Sneha Pant, Palak Muchhal, and Anwesha will perform at the magnificent homage, singing La

Shaan, the playback singer who has given memorable tunes like ‘Wo Pehli Baar,’ ‘Chaand Sifarish,’ and others, said in a statement regarding this development, “It’s a true honour to be a part of this magnificent homage.
Lata ji is not just someone I admire, respect, and adore, but also someone to whom every Indian feels a strong bond.”
“This is one of the most memorable events of my life, and I consider myself tremendously fortunate to have the opportunity to pay respect to the country’s greatest vocalist on such a huge scale,” he continued.
Lata Mangeshkar’s family will also be present at this memorial event, as they partake in this particular showcase of her work.
