Maharashtra Shines at Global Tourism Expo in London

Maharashtra, a beautiful part of India, just wowed everyone at a big travel event in London called WTM London 2023. The event happened from November 6th to 8th at a place called ExCel London. Maharashtra Tourism showed off the cool things about the state, like its culture, pretty landscapes, and exciting cities.
The Maharashtra Tourism Pavilion, a fancy space they set up, was opened by important people like Ms. V. Vidyavathi and Mr. Vikram Doraiswami. Inside, they made it like a cool journey with lots of pictures and things showing Maharashtra’s soul. People really liked seeing the old forts, temples, green hills, beautiful beaches, and the famous Ellora and Ajanta Caves.
But it wasn’t just about looking nice. They also talked about something important: taking care of nature when people travel. They had meetings with others from different countries who work in travel. People there wanted to know about adventures, seeing animals, and the cool history of Maharashtra.
Then, on November 8th, the Tourism Department of Maharashtra put on a fun show in London. They had traditional dances and let people know more about Maharashtra. Many important people from the travel world were there. It was like a big party celebrating how great Maharashtra is.
This whole thing is a big deal for Maharashtra. It shows they are good at sharing what makes their state awesome with the world. It’s not just about pretty places; it’s also about making sure we take care of those places. The fun show in London made sure people will remember how cool Maharashtra is.
