The new version of Maruti Suzuki Celerio will be available in a few months, and the model will have a total redesign. It features are more curved design with more sporty looks and premium in appearance compared to the previous Celerio. It will also be fully filled with all essentials on the practical front packing, enhancing its appeal as a generalist. The dealer has already taken reservations for the Celerio of the latest generation, which costs 11,000 rupees. Delivery, on the other hand, will commence soon after the release.
The New Maruti Suzuki Celerio will be available in four different trim levels: LXI, VXI, ZXI, and ZXI+. AMT and manual gearboxes will be available as options on the first three variants. Both cars will be powered by a 1.0-liter K series gasoline engine, and the hatchback will be built on the Heartect platform, which is already used by a number of Maruti Suzuki models. The new model is predicted to be one of India’s most fuel-efficient gasoline vehicles, with a mileage of 26.68 kmpl.
In terms of features, the new Celerio will have a button start-stop system, a height-adjustable driver’s seat, a steering installation control device, an electric foldable ORVM, and black polished 15-inch alloy wheels, among others. Other standard features such as Dual Front airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors will be available. The New Celerio will be giving tough competition to Hyundai Santro, Datsun GO, and Renault Kwid 1.0.
