August 23, 2023: Something awesome is happening on TV! There’s a show called ‘The Freelancer’ coming to Disney+ Hotstar. It’s about a brave man trying to rescue a girl in a tough place called Syria. The show is based on a book called ‘A Ticket to Syria’ written by Shirish Thorat. It will start on September 1, 2023, and you can watch it only on Disney+ Hotstar.
The show has some really cool actors like Mohit Raina, Anupam Kher, and Kashmira Pardeshi. They play important roles in the story. Other talented actors are also part of the show.
To become their characters, actors need to understand them well. For ‘The Freelancer,‘ Mohit Raina took time to learn about his character named Avniash Kamath. He even met the Director of the show and read the book that inspired it.
Mohit Raina shared, “I read the book ‘A Ticket to Syria’ and got to meet Mr. Shirish Thorat. He told me things that helped me understand the story better. Our director, Bhav Dhulia, was really helpful too. He guided me through everything. Working with Kashmira Pardeshi was great too, even though we didn’t have many scenes together.”
Get ready for ‘The Freelancer’! It’s a big adventure to rescue a girl named Aliya. Starting from September 1, 2023, you can watch it on Disney+ Hotstar. It’s going to be really exciting!
