MX Player and Singapore Tourism Board Collaborate

Get ready for an exciting movie experience as MX Player’s content division, MX Studios, teams up with the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) to introduce an interactive film on an Indian streaming platform. The film, called “Lost and Found in Singapore,” brings a new way of watching movies where you get to decide how the story unfolds. It’s like you’re a part of the adventure! The movie will be available to watch for free on MX Player starting on August 25, 2023.

In this special film, directed by Harsh Dedhia, you’ll follow the stories of two characters, an introverted traveler played by Rithvik Dhanjani and an adventurous girl played by Apoorva Arora. They explore the beautiful streets of Singapore, and here’s the interesting part: You can choose what happens in the story. At certain points, you’ll make decisions for the characters, and those choices will change how the story goes. It’s like a game and a movie combined!

The film is not only about entertainment but also about showing you the amazing places in Singapore. You’ll see famous landmarks and hidden gems of the city. And guess what? Some of the experiences in the film, like riding a Vespa Sidecar Tour or visiting the Museum of Ice-Cream, are real things you can do in Singapore. So, it’s like getting travel ideas while watching a movie.

Rithvik Dhanjani, one of the actors, said that being a part of this film was a fantastic experience. He mentioned that it was challenging because your choices as a viewer affect the story. Apoorva Arora, the other actor, added that the interactive aspect of the film made the shooting process exciting, as they didn’t always know what would happen next.

According to GB Srithar from the Singapore Tourism Board, this partnership with MX Player lets them show a different side of Singapore to people in India. He said that just like the movie lets you shape the story, Singapore turns normal moments into extraordinary experiences for travelers.

MX Player spokesperson said that their viewers like unique and exciting stories. This collaboration with the Singapore Tourism Board creates a new kind of storytelling. It’s not just watching a movie; it’s like being a part of it and also learning about Singapore at the same time.

The movie will be available on MX Player from August 25th, 2023. You can watch “Lost and Found in Singapore” and decide how the characters’ journey goes. It’s going to be a fun and interactive adventure that you won’t want to miss!
