Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MP Raghav Chadha are all set to tie the knot on September 24, and we’ve got the inside scoop on their wedding plans!
When and Where:
The celebrations kick off on September 23, with Parineeti’s Choora ceremony at 10 AM, followed by a Welcome Lunch from 12 PM to 4 PM. The fun continues in the evening from 7 PM with a ’90s-themed party.
The Big Day:
On September 24, the main wedding festivities begin with Raghav’s Sehrabandi at 1 PM at Taj Lake Palace, with a theme called ‘Threads of Blessings.’ The Royal Procession, known as the Baraat, starts from Taj Lake at 2 PM. The Indian wedding ceremony, with a theme called ‘Divine Promises,’ will be held at Leela Palace, featuring the Jaimala at 3.30 PM, Pheras at 4 PM, and Vidai at 6.30 PM. The celebration wraps up with a grand reception titled ‘A Night of Amore’ at Leela Palace Courtyard at 8.30 PM.
More About the Wedding:
Before the wedding, Parineeti Chopra completed all her work commitments and took a break to prepare for her big day. Following the wedding, the couple will host a reception in Chandigarh on September 30.
Engagement and Work:
Parineeti and Raghav got engaged in May in New Delhi. On the work front, Parineeti is gearing up for roles in Akshay Kumar’s ‘Mission Raniganj’ and Imtiaz Ali’s ‘Chamkila’ alongside Diljit Dosanjh.
