The School of Private, Industrial, and Corporate Security Management (SPICSM) has teamed up with Ranchi Security Pvt. Ltd. to help young people from less fortunate backgrounds and women gain job skills. SPICSM is part of Rashtriya Raksha University, an important place for learning about security.
Today, they signed a paper called a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to work together. The goal is to offer skill training programs, both online and in person, to help young people who want to work in security jobs in India or even abroad. These programs are also for women already working in security who want to learn more in areas affected by Left-Wing Extremism (LWE).
At the signing ceremony, the Vice-Chancellor of RRU, Prof (Dr.) Kalpesh H. Wandra and Dr. Anirudha Singh from Ranchi Security Pvt. Ltd. were there. They believe this partnership is a big step toward filling the gap in security skills and giving job opportunities to people who might not have had them before.
With this collaboration, SPICSM and Ranchi Security Pvt. Ltd. want to give good training that matches what the security industry needs. These training programs will teach people the knowledge and practical skills they need for a good security job. Some classes will be online, so people can study when it’s convenient for them, and others will be in person, so they can practice what they’ve learned.
This is especially good news for young people and women in areas affected by Left-Wing Extremism. They can get these certificates to help them find jobs in security. By learning the right skills, they’ll be more likely to get good jobs in the security field. People already working in security can also use this chance to learn more and move up in their careers.
Dr. Kalpesh H. Wandra, the Vice-Chancellor of RRU, talked about the university’s mission to make top security professionals. He also said how important security is when things need to be moved from one place to another.

Ltd. because of the great work they’re doing to help people learn new skills. They’re especially helping tribal communities and women, and RRU is happy to support them.
