Dr. Bimal N Patel, the Vice Chancellor of RRU, and Lt Gen PC Nair, Director General of Assam Rifles, sealed the agreement at Rashtriya Raksha University’s premises in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Lt Gen PC Nair expressed optimism about the collaboration, highlighting the synergy between the practical experience of the Assam Rifles and the academic rigor of RRU.
