Popular actor Prabhas has just dropped a bombshell for his fans this festive season by announcing his latest project, a romantic-horror film named “The Raja Saab.” The big revelation was made on the joyous occasion of Pongal and Sankranti, and Prabhas treated his followers with a sneak peek through a vibrant poster on Instagram.
In the eye-catching poster, Prabhas is seen strolling down an empty street, rocking a black shirt paired with a colorful dhoti, while fireworks light up the background. The film, directed by Maruthi Dasari, promises to be a spine-chilling love story.

Maruthi Dasari, the brains behind the project, spilled the beans about the film’s grand scale, calling it one of his most ambitious endeavors. He expressed his excitement at teaming up with Prabhas and People Media Factory for what he believes will be a thrilling horror experience. Dasari promised a unique blend of Prabhas’s magnetic on-screen presence and a gripping horror narrative.
The film is produced under the banner of People Media Factory, with TG Vishwa Prasad as the producer and Vivek Kuchibotla as the co-producer. Adding musical magic to the mix is Thaman S, who is set to compose the film’s soundtrack. “The Raja Saab” is not limiting its audience; it plans to hit screens in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi languages.

Apart from this spooky romantic venture, Prabhas has another project in the pipeline. He will soon grace the silver screen in “Kalki 2898 AD,” alongside industry legends Amitabh Bachchan and Deepika Padukone. The film, initially slated for release on January 12, has now been pushed to May 9 to build up anticipation. “Kalki 2898 AD” also features Kamal Haasan and Disha Patani in significant roles.
