Rajinikanth’s New Movie ‘Lal Salaam’ to Hit Theaters in 2024

Rajinikanth fans have something big to look forward to – the release date for his new movie, “Lal Salaam,” has been announced! The film, directed by Aishwarya Rajinikanth, will be in theaters during the Pongal festival in 2024.

In this film, Rajinikanth has a special role as Moideen Bhai, and he’ll be joined by actors Vishnu Vishal and Vikranth. The movie is produced by Lyca Production, and they shared the exciting news on X

Aishwarya Rajinikanth, the director, also expressed her gratitude and happiness about the film’s release date on Instagram.

Before this, Rajinikanth finished recording his voice for the movie. Aishwarya Rajinikanth, his daughter, shared her love and appreciation for him on social media.

This film marks Aishwaryaa Rajinikanth’s return as a director after a break of five years. The music for “Lal Salaam” is composed by the famous AR Rahman.

Recently, Rajinikanth made a successful comeback with the movie “Jailer,” which had a great cast including Ramya Krishnan, Mohanlal, and Jackie Shroff.

In a review by film critic Saibal Chatterjee, “Jailer” received 2.5 stars. He praised the first half of the movie but found the second half a bit slow.
