The partnership between RRU and the Uganda Police Force is all about sharing knowledge and learning from each other in the fields of law enforcement training, research, and building skills. By working together, both institutions want to make their educational programs better and help law enforcement professionals become even more skilled.
Here’s what they will do under this agreement:
- Exchange teachers and experts
- Work on research projects together

- Share the best ways to teach law enforcement
These activities will help both RRU and the Uganda Police Force get better at what they do, and it will help improve law enforcement in their countries.
Cdr. Manoj Bhatt is excited about this partnership. He said, “We are very happy to work closely with the Uganda Police Force. This agreement shows how committed we are to working together on law enforcement education. We believe that by sharing what we know, we can deal with the challenges that law enforcement faces around the world.”
Mr. Ravish Shah also shared his thoughts, saying, “This partnership is a great chance for RRU to connect with the world and help improve law enforcement education in Uganda. We are looking forward to working with the Uganda Police Force and learning from each other.”

He said, “We are excited to work with Rashtriya Raksha University to make our training and education even better. This agreement will help us learn from each other and make law enforcement safer and more secure in our country.”
