Sonam Kapoor: On August 20, 2022, the actress and her businessman husband Anand Ahuja had their first child, Vayu Kapoor Ahuja.
Sonam Kapoor Ahuja, a Bollywood actress, and new mother, reportedly sold her opulent Mumbai residence for a staggering Rs 32.5 crore. Back in June 2015, the actress made the acquisition of this property. The upscale home near Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) has four parking spaces and a built-up area of 5,533 square feet, according to Money Control.
According to a Times of India story, Squarefeatindia was able to get records showing that Sonam’s property sold last week for Rs 32.5 crore. “The building in which Sonam sold the house is located in the Central Business District of BKC, a sought-after place,” SquarefeatIndia founder Varun Singh
According to reports, a stamp duty of Rs 1.95 crore was paid for the transaction, and SMF Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. was the buyer.
On August 20 of the previous year, Vayu Kapoor Ahuja, the couple’s first child, was born to businessman husband Anand Ahuja. On May 8, 2018, the pair exchanged vows in a traditional Anand Karaj ceremony at the home of her aunt in Mumbai. The nearly whole film industry attended their lavish Bollywood wedding.
Sonam will next be seen on the job in the next Shome Makhija film “Blind,” which also has Purab Kohli, Vinay Pathak, and Lillete Dubey in key parts. Later this year, the movie is anticipated to come out.
