TV Stars Share Their Plans for Karwa Chauth Celebration

Television stars from the COLORS channel have shared their thoughts on celebrating Karwa Chauth, a special Indian festival. Even though they play different roles on screen, they all have something to say about this traditional celebration.

Vaishnavi Macdonald, “Parineetii” Star: Vaishnavi, who plays Parminder in the show, isn’t a Hindu, but she understands the importance of Karwa Chauth. In the series, her character believes in this tradition and celebrates it with enthusiasm. She sends best wishes to all the couples celebrating.

Anchal Sahu, Also from “Parineetii”: Anchal, who portrays Parineet, is not married and doesn’t observe the fast herself. But her character in the show does it for her on-screen husband. She finds Karwa Chauth fascinating because it represents love, sacrifice, and selflessness. She sends warm wishes to all the couples celebrating this beautiful festival.

Rajveer Singh from “Neerja…Ek Nayi Pehchaan”: Rajveer, who plays Abeer in the show, has a special place in his heart for Karwa Chauth. He and his wife are fasting for each other and plan to break the fast when they see the moon in the evening sky. They will pray for each other’s well-being and enjoy a delicious dinner together.

Aditi Bhagat from “Udaariyaan”: Aditi, who essays the role of Aasmaa in the show, is excited because they are shooting a Karwa Chauth scene. In this special episode, she will be fasting for her on-screen husband, following all the rituals from eating sargi to breaking the fast at the sight of the moon. She’s thrilled to showcase this traditional festival to the audience.
