Charlie is a touching story of a man and his dog. It centers on Dharma, a reclusive factory worker (Rakshit Shetty), who enjoys his solitude and the routine of going to work and returning home while eating, drinking beer, and smoking. This goes on until he meets a female dog named Charlie, who completely transforms his life and changes his perspective on the same.

The critics gave Rakshit’s movie a standing ovation when it debuted, and according to media reports, the movie has joined the exclusive 100 crore club. Since the beginning, moviegoers have been praising the production. Famous people like Rajinikanth and Karantaka C.M. Basavaraj Bommai praised the movie as well.
